HOW TO RENT THE ARLINGTON THEATRE:
(Below is a step by step process to book and produce your event)

1. AVAILABILITY

Please enter your information below in our form or call our office at 805-963-9580 and ask to speak with the General Manager. We can check the venue calendar to see if the date of your proposed event is available. If it is, we can put a hold on the calendar for you.

2. ESTIMATE

After a date is on hold, you will work with the GM to get a quote based on the needs and timing of the event. Please note that all quotes are estimates and can change if there are changes to the event. Once you provided a show rider, the union stagehands technical director will discuss the performance with you and create a cost estimate.

3. CONTRACT

Once you have approved the estimate, you will need to put in a non-refundable $900 deposit (amount subject to change) and sign our rental agreement.

4. TICKETING

Once the deposit and signed contract are in hand, the box office can start building the show in the ticketing system. The Arlington Theatre has a contract with AXS.com and all ticketed events must use this platform. You and the box office manager will work together to get all of the details and pricing of the event listed on AXS. Show builds usually take between 2-3 days. Please keep this in mind when looking at on-sale dates, including any pre-sale/fan club dates. Tickets go on sale once the show is built in the system on the agreed date. Reports and ticketing information will come from our Box Office Management Team.

5. INSURANCE

Rental Insurance is required for all events at Arlington Theatre. One week prior to performance, a certificate must be provided to the General Manager. General liability rental insurance requests will include: Workers comp & Liability insurance. FOR MORE INFORMATION ON GENERAL LIABILITY RENTAL INSURANCE CLICK HERE

6. ADVANCE

Two to four weeks prior to the performance, the General Manager will contact show staff to set up specific front of house needs including VIP events and merchandising. The union stagehands technical director will contact show technical staff for stage specifics.

7. PERFORMANCE

On the night of show, our entire team from the box office, front of house and union stagehands are present to make the performance a success.

8. SETTLEMENT

The General Manager will do the show settlement, which will be completed within approximately five working days after the performance. We will set up a meeting in which the GM will go through the settlement statement line item by line. Once it is returned signed, any monies due to you will be sent out by check.
