HOW TO RENT THE ARLINGTON COURTYARD PATIO:
(Below is a step by step process to book and produce your event)

1. AVAILABILITY

Please enter your information below in our form or call our office at 805-963-9580 and ask to speak with the General Manager. We can check the venue calendar to see if the date of your proposed event is available. If it is, we can put a hold on the calendar for you.

2. ESTIMATE

After a date is on hold, you will work with the GM to get a quote based on the needs and timing of the event. Please note that all quotes are estimates and can change if there are changes to the event. If you are planning on bringing any audio or visual equipment for your event on the patio we require that at least 1-2 stagehands be present for assistance. Please note that their labor cost will be added to your quote.

3.  FOOD & BEVERAGE ON THE PATIO

Our patio features a full service bar with a large selection of spirits and local and international wines and refreshments.  Each event can be tailored to your needs.

4. CONTRACT

Once you have approved the estimate, you will need to put in a $900 deposit (amount subject to change) and sign our rental agreement.

5. INSURANCE

One week prior to performance, a certificate of insurance is needed. This can be sent to the General Manager.
