Box Office & Live Event Ticket information

  • The Arlington Theatre box office is open Tuesday-Saturday from noon to 5pm.

  • Tickets can be purchased at our box office starting at 10am on all venue pre-sale and general on-sale dates.

  • On live event days, the box office will be open to sell tickets, distribute will call tickets, and provide other support to ticketholders through the show start time.

Accessing tickets purchased on AXS.com

  • Tickets purchased through AXS.com are almost exclusively delivered via AXS Mobile ID.

  • To access tickets on Mobile ID, first check for an email response from AXS Tickets notifying you your tickets are at our ticket office. Please note that ticket delivery is sometimes delayed until a few days prior to the show.

  • Once your tickets have been delivered, download the AXS app to your mobile device and sign in using the same email address you used to purchase the tickets.

  • Select the ticket icon in the bottom center of the screen, and you should see a place to select & view your tickets.

  • Still having trouble? Come into our box office with your confirmation numbers & our staff will be happy to help.

Pre-Sale Codes

  • Presale codes are distributed via our newsletter.

  • For rush presale codes, please message us on our website or social media.

Movie Showtimes

  • For movie showtimes and tickets, please visit metrotheatres.com.

  • Movies will be shown during weeks when there are no live events at The Arlington Theatre.

Air-Conditioning

SPECIAL NOTE:

  • The Arlington Theatre is an historic building.  As such, the theatre does not have air conditioning.  During summer months and times of excessive heat, the theatre will be hot inside.
